• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund, excluding any applicable payment gateway charges.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date may be eligible for a partial refund or may be non-refundable, depending on the booking terms communicated at the time of reservation.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for guests who check out earlier than their confirmed departure date.
   

3. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional offers, discounted rates, or special packages may be marked as Non-Refundable. Such bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded unless required by applicable law.
 

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used during booking.
